  • With Your Specialist: Your assigned Intake Specialist has access to your information to assist you with your claim.
  • With the VA: Information is used to pre-fill forms that you will submit to the Department of Veterans Affairs. You control the final submission.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a court order or subpoena.
